I received a call from a friend and was asked to be the guest speaker for Prana's baby class this coming Wednesday. Shanti Gould and I had met last year at a midwifery practice when they had an "information night" and struck up a friendship right away.
Prana offers a variety of services here on Aruba, including prenatal services such as osteopathy, prenatal and postnatal yoga, breastfeeding classes,baby massage classes and general baby classes.
Next week's baby class will be held on January 6th 2010 starting at 5:00 pm until 6:00 pm. This class will focus solely on the art of baby wearing and its benefits. I will also bring a variety of soft baby carriers that parents can see, feel and even try out if they choose.
